WW2 GERMAN NAVY GROUPING TO E. RAOKOWSKI

A nice set to Edward Raokowski who ended the war as a Lieutenant and later served in the post-WWII German Navy reaching the rank of Korvettenkapitan
(Commander).

DESTROYER WAR BADGE, good quality badge with most gilt on wreath & about 30% silver finish on destroyer centre, maker marked on reverse SCHWERIN, BERLIN 68, broad tapered horizontal pin with top hook, together with an excellent example of the 1957 version of the badge without eagle & swastika, a blue ribbon bar with miniature of the badge at centre, a wartime KRIEGSMARINE cap band, a post-war dog tag & chain, 4 x wartime postcard sized photos & one smaller of the recipient in a ratings uniform, one showing him wearing the Destroyer badge plus 2 photos in officers white uniform, post-war British Zone identity card plus 12 x post-war certificates of service, references etc.
