WW2 GERMAN NETTED M42 HELMET WITH CONNECTIONS TO CHANNEL ISLANDS

WW2 M42 Netted M42 Helmet ex-Channel Islands pick-up.

A very nice complete and untouched Helmet that was originally picked up in the 1970's in the Channel Islands.

Painted all over a battleship Grey colour. Suspected used by a Kreigsmarine coastal artillery unit. It has a British Net which makes sense as the netting was probably left over in 1940 when the British withdrew from the Islands.

Liner has been oiled many years ago.
