A nice specimen example in EF condition, with nice original ribbon. Impressed “SPECIMEN” There were only 28 named issues awarded from 1944-1953. Nearly impossible to obtain one of the named ones. This is a lovely example of this award for collectors of Meritorious Service Medals.  read more
